Wafura is one of the legendary siege commander that is joining Rise of Kingdoms along with Torgny. He is one of the fewest commanders that specializes in engineering, which is a talent tree that grants bonuses to siege units and arrow tower. Wafura first made appearance in Ceroli Crisis and occasionally through barbarian camps / farming barbarians. Now this commander is available to players.
One of Wafura’s unique feature is that its skills, levels, and talent tree will be boosted to maximum level when they enter Heroic Anthem KvK event. Unlike other commanders in Rise of Kingdoms, Wafura’s only goal is to build an arrow tower and hold off enemy attackers for as long as you can. You will need to collect 10 Wafura sculptures in order to summon him. Although, if you plan to max him out then you need 680 sculptures. If you are a free-to-play player, you will find it difficult to max him out. That being said, Torgny comes with a decent skill set that delivers devastating attacks. Not just only that, he can reduce number of severely wounded units by 25% which goes a long way in saving your resources and troops for a faster rebound. With Wafura as primary pairing, this combination cuts number of severely wounded up to a maximum 50% which is a big advantage. Overall Torgny is a decent commander to pair with.
