She is one of the first epic commander to have healing capabilities beside Cleopatra VII. Background Information
Diaochan was one of the Four Beauties during the ancient China. While she is based on a minor historical personage, she is a mostly fictional character and is best known for her role in the 14th century historical novel: Romance of the Three Kingdoms.
She was praised in tales as woman of uneven beauty that no other hero in China was able to accomplish. She also put end to Dong Zhuo’s regime of terror and eventually end of Lu Bu’s rulership which triggered an event that will lead to formation of the Three Kingdoms: Cao Wei, Eastern Wu and Shu Han.
According to historical records which indicated Lu Bu had a secret affair with one of Dong Zhuo’s maids and lived in constant fear that Dong Zhuo would find out. Which was one of the main reason why he betrayed and killed Dong Zhuo. While Diaochan name wasn’t recorded in history. Though it is believed that her name have been derieved from the sable tails and jade decoration which adorned the high-ranking officals in the Eastern Han dynasty.

To summon Diaochan in Rise of Kingdoms, you will need to gather 10 Diaochan sculptures. Once you have the required materials, navigate to the Commander Selection tab on the lower right corner. Tap on the button to summon Diaochan.

Active Skill
For the next 4 seconds, attacks have 100% chance to deal direct damage to target (Damage Factor: 150).
Upgrades:
Increase the damage factor of active skill by 150 / 175 / 200 / 225 / 250
Dance of Chaos: A good active skill that deals increased damage for the next 4 seconds. Diaochan will be able to add that extra 250 damage bonus on top of her normal attacks.
Dance of Silver Lotus
Passive Skill
All damage dealt to barbarians is increased by 5%. Both commanders gain 5% increased experience for defeating barbarians.
Upgrades:
Increase both damage dealt to barbarians and experience gain by 5% / 10% / 15% / 20% / 25%
Dance of Silver Lotus: Gives a nice damage bonus and experience bonus. The 25% damage bonus helps Diaochan kill barbarians quickly. While the 25% experience bonus helps her level up quickly.
Dance of the Rose
Passive Skill
Troops led by this commander gain 2% increased attack and 2% increased defense.
Upgrades:
Troops led by this commander gain 2% / 4%/ 6%/ 8% / 10% increased attack and defense.
Dance of the Rose: Grants 10% attack and defense bonus while under Diaochan’s command.
Dance of the Cherry Blossom
Passive Skill
A portion of slightly wounded units led by this commander are healed after using a skill (Healing Factor 250 / 300 / 350 / 400 / 450). Receives an additional healing when troops include Lu Bu (Healing Factor 250). This effect can trigger at most once every 5 seconds.
Dance of the Cherry Blossom: Another useful passive skill that actually becomes stronger if she is paired with Lu Bu. Heals her troops to recover injuries sustained during the battle.

Expertise Skill
For the next 4 seconds, attacks have 100% chance to deal direct damage to the target (Damage Factor 350).
Improves Diaochan’s active skill.
Chain Stratagems: This expertise skill simply upgrades Diaochan’s active skill so that she can do more damage for the next 4 seconds.

If you want to transform Lu Bu into a strong offensive and support commander, Diaochan is one of the best epic commanders to pair with. Lu Bu will gain 50% attack bonus and Diaochan will get increased healing capabilities when paired together.
One of the reasons why we recommend pairing Diaochan and Lu Bu is because of the massive defense debuff that the legendary commander provides. This directly affects Diaochan’s ability to dish out even more damage since she relies mostly on normal attack to do the job for her while supporting the troops.
Joan of Arc
One of the best epic commanders to pair with is Joan of Arc. If you want to have a solid support commander pair that can provide superior debuffs / buffs to the frontline commanders. Joan of Arc works well with Diaochan because both can lead multiple troops type.

Lohar
Another solid commander to pair with is Lohar. He is one of the easiest epic commanders to obtain right away in the beginning of game. If you are looking for a commander that will help you level up quickly, Lohar can give some helping hands to Diaochan.
Besides, Lohar is a one of the best commander that excels at chain-farming barbarians. Fill up both commander’s army with infantry troops only and group up the barbarians then mow them down.
Mulan
While Diaochan is a solid healer, she lacks offensive combat capabilities. Which is why Mulan is one of the best legendary peacekeeping commander to pair with. She comes with an active skill that increases troops’ attack, defense and health by 20% for a short time.
When she is serving as a secondary commander, all of the troops deals 20% bonus attack and increases target’s damage taken by 20%.
